Yes. Every business that registers and publishes for the first time receives 15 free days. This trial is granted once per business. When it ends, you must purchase one of the available plans to keep your business visible.

No. On GOALAUSI, one plan month equals exactly 30 days from the activation date and time. For example, a 3-month plan equals 90 days.
Your current plan continues until its expiration date. The new plan is scheduled and activates when the current plan ends. You do not lose any days, and the new plan starts with its full duration.
No. To avoid losing days or creating confusion, GOALAUSI does not replace an active plan. If you purchase another plan, it is scheduled to start when the current plan ends.
You may request or temporarily hide your listing, but the purchased time continues to run from the original activation date. A voluntary suspension or closure does not pause the plan or create a refund for unused days.
Once payment has been approved and the service has started, refunds are not issued for business closure, voluntary withdrawal, non-use or lack of commercial results, without limiting any mandatory rights established by applicable law.
Each photo may be up to 3 MB and must be JPG, PNG or WebP. The system optimizes images to improve platform speed. The maximum number of photos depends on the publication type or plan.
Your business name is not translated because it is a proper name. The form includes optional fields where you can paste an English version of your description, services, hours and promotion. You may use the translator of your choice, review the result and edit it later from your dashboard.
Your listing will continue to work normally. When a visitor browses in English and a translated field is unavailable, GOALAUSI will display the original Spanish content as a fallback so information is never left blank.
Yes. While your listing is enabled, you can update its information from your dashboard, including the English version. Changes must remain truthful, current and permitted by GOALAUSI rules.
No. When applicable, GOALAUSI charges for the publication and promotion service. Sales, bookings, deliveries, payments and agreements are handled directly between the parties.
Review and participation features are linked to registered users according to the platform rules. GOALAUSI may moderate content that violates its terms of use.
