GOALAUSI Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms govern access, navigation, registration and publication of content on GOALAUSI. Acceptance when creating an account or using publication features means the user had access to these conditions and agrees to comply with them.
2. Nature of GOALAUSI
GOALAUSI is a digital information, promotion and contact platform focused mainly on the canton of Alausí. Unless expressly stated otherwise, GOALAUSI does not sell, manufacture, book, transport, deliver or provide products or services advertised by third parties.
3. Free publication
Registration and publication of businesses, services and Classified listings are provided free of charge within the features enabled by the Platform. GOALAUSI may update its features and terms of use when necessary and provide notice where appropriate.
4. Relationship between users and advertisers
Negotiations, bookings, sales, deliveries, exchanges, warranties and other agreements take place directly between visitors and advertisers. GOALAUSI facilitates information and contact and does not thereby become a seller, buyer, service provider, representative or guarantor.
5. Advertiser responsibility
Anyone publishing content declares that information, photographs, prices, hours, services, promotions and other content are truthful, current and lawful, and that they have the necessary authorizations.
6. Photographs
Photos must meet the formats allowed by the Platform and may weigh up to 3 MB per file. GOALAUSI may technically optimize, resize or convert them to improve performance and compatibility.
7. English version
Spanish is GOALAUSI's primary language. Advertisers may voluntarily add English versions of their listing text. The advertiser is responsible for translations provided. When a translation is missing, the Platform may display the original Spanish content as a fallback.
8. Listing review
GOALAUSI may review, approve, reject, suspend, hide or request corrections for administrative, security or compliance reasons. Review does not constitute certification, audit, endorsement or guarantee of an advertiser.
9. No guarantee of results
GOALAUSI does not guarantee specific numbers of visits, sales, customers, bookings, messages, calls, positioning or financial results.
10. Classifieds and barter
GOALAUSI provides a promotion and contact space in Classifieds. Advertisers may indicate that they accept barter. This only communicates willingness to consider an exchange and does not require acceptance of any proposal. Parties must agree directly and perform their own checks regarding identity, condition, ownership, documents, value and delivery before a sale or exchange.
11. Reviews and opinions
Reviews must reflect real experiences and be respectful. False reviews, impersonation, rating manipulation, spam, threats or deliberately false information are not allowed.
12. External services
The Platform may link to WhatsApp, maps, social networks, websites or other external services. Their processing and operations are also governed by those providers' terms and direct agreements between the parties.
13. Prohibited content
Illegal, fraudulent or misleading content, rights violations, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, prohibited activities or content that compromises GOALAUSI security is not allowed.
14. Suspension or removal
GOALAUSI may suspend, hide or remove accounts or listings for violations, clearly false information, user risk, security reasons or requests from competent authorities.
15. Intellectual property
GOALAUSI's visual identity, structure, code and original text are protected under applicable law. Advertisers retain applicable rights over their materials and authorize the technical and visual use needed to operate and promote their listing.
16. Availability
GOALAUSI will seek to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting, Internet, external providers, security, unforeseen events or force majeure.
17. Account security
Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and reporting suspected unauthorized access.
18. Data protection
Personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable Ecuadorian law.
19. Changes
GOALAUSI may update these Terms due to legal, technical or functional changes. New acceptance may be requested when appropriate.
20. Applicable law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, without limiting mandatory rights recognized by applicable law.
