GOALAUSI Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern access, navigation, registration, publication and the purchase of GOALAUSI services. Acceptance when creating an account or purchasing a plan means the user had access to these conditions and agrees to comply with them.

2. Nature of GOALAUSI

GOALAUSI is a digital information, promotion and contact platform focused mainly on the canton of Alausí. Unless expressly stated otherwise, GOALAUSI does not sell, manufacture, book, transport, deliver or provide products or services advertised by third parties.

3. Relationship between users and advertisers

Negotiations, bookings, sales, payments, deliveries, warranties and other agreements take place directly between visitors and advertisers. GOALAUSI facilitates information and contact and does not thereby become a seller, buyer, service provider, representative or guarantor of the transaction.

4. Advertiser responsibility

Advertisers declare that the information, photos, prices, hours, services, promotions and other content they provide are truthful, current and lawful, and that they have the required permissions. Advertisers remain responsible for their activity, products, services and applicable obligations.

5. First 15 days free

Every business that registers and publishes for the first time receives an initial 15-day free period. This benefit is granted once per business. After that period, a paid and approved plan is required to keep the listing visible.

6. Plans and duration

Business plans are counted in exact periods. For GOALAUSI purposes, 1 month equals 30 days from the activation date and time. For example, 3 months equals 90 days. Prices and features are those displayed on the Platform when purchasing.

7. Purchasing a new plan while another is active

If a business has an active plan or period and purchases another, the current plan remains unchanged until it expires. Once the new payment is approved, the next plan is scheduled and starts when the current period ends, receiving its full purchased duration. The active plan is not replaced early and there is no immediate switch by paying a price difference.

8. Payments and proof

Bank transfers require administrative verification. Submitting proof does not mean automatic approval. If no active period exists, an approved plan may activate immediately; otherwise it is scheduled to begin when the current period ends.

9. Cancellation, closure, suspension and no refunds

Once payment has been approved and the service has started or been scheduled, amounts paid are not refundable for reasons attributable to the advertiser, including change of mind, temporary or permanent business closure, voluntary withdrawal, non-use or lack of commercial results, without limiting mandatory rights under applicable law.

Voluntarily hiding or suspending a listing does not pause the plan or stop the purchased days from running.

10. Photos

Photos must use the formats accepted by the Platform and may be no larger than 3 MB per file. GOALAUSI may technically optimize, resize or convert images to improve performance and compatibility without intentionally changing the essential content of the image.

11. English version of advertiser content

Spanish is GOALAUSI's primary language. Advertisers may voluntarily add an English version of their listing text. Business names, brands and proper names do not need to be translated. The advertiser is responsible for the translation entered, should review it before publishing, and may edit it later from the dashboard.

GOALAUSI does not guarantee the accuracy of translations created using external translators or tools selected by the advertiser. When a translation is missing, the Platform may display the original Spanish content as a fallback.

12. Listing review

GOALAUSI may review, approve, reject, suspend, hide or request corrections for administrative, security or compliance reasons. Review does not constitute certification, audit, endorsement or guarantee of an advertiser.

13. No guarantee of commercial results

GOALAUSI does not guarantee specific numbers of visits, sales, customers, bookings, messages, calls, search-engine rankings or financial results.

14. Classifieds

GOALAUSI provides a promotion and contact space for Classifieds. Buyers and sellers must make their own checks regarding identity, condition, ownership, documentation, price and terms before making payments or deliveries.

15. Reviews and opinions

Reviews must reflect real experiences and be respectful. False reviews, impersonation, rating manipulation, spam, threats and deliberately false information are not allowed. GOALAUSI may moderate content under these rules.

16. External services

The Platform may link to WhatsApp, maps, social networks, websites and other external services. Their processing, conversations and transactions are also subject to the providers' terms and direct agreements between the parties.

17. Prohibited content

Illegal, fraudulent or misleading content, infringement of third-party rights, impersonation, intellectual-property violations, prohibited activities and attempts to compromise GOALAUSI security are not allowed.

18. Suspension or removal

GOALAUSI may suspend, hide or remove accounts or listings due to expiration, non-payment, breach, manifestly false information, user risk or a valid authority request. Where attributable to the advertiser, this does not automatically create a refund right.

19. Intellectual property

GOALAUSI's visual identity, structure, code and original text are protected under applicable law. Advertisers retain any rights they hold in their materials and authorize their technical and visual use as needed to operate and promote the listing.

20. Availability

GOALAUSI will seek to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting, Internet, external providers, security incidents, force majeure or events beyond reasonable control.

21. Account security

Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and reporting suspected unauthorized access.

22. Data protection

Personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable Ecuadorian law.

23. Changes

GOALAUSI may update these Terms due to legal, technical, commercial or functional changes. Where required, a new acceptance mechanism will be provided.

24. Applicable law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Ecuador and do not limit any non-waivable rights recognized by applicable law.
